CPG Sales Lead

We’re looking for a hands‑on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand retail distribution. This role owns the sales strategy and execution across key channels, with a strong focus on placing products on shelf, growing accounts, and building long‑term retail partnerships.

This role is a builder role – ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and knows how to take a product from early traction to scaled distribution.

• Develop and execute sales strategies across CPG channels (grocery, specialty, mass, food service, etc.)
• Open new retail accounts and expand existing ones
• Lead retail buyer presentations, line reviews, and category pitches
• Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain to support launches and promotions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail decision‑makers

• 3+ years of CPG sales experience (food, beverage, or consumer goods preferred)
• Proven track record of getting products into retail and growing shelf presence
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Independent problem‑solving skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Sales experience working with Korean food products (particularly meats) preferred
• Experience selling into food, beverage, or specialty CPG categories
• Existing retail or distributor relationships
