Be part of the connection: You manage, build and grow sales teams focused on acquiring new Fortune 1000 clients and managing existing ones using consultative sales techniques. You develop and implement effective strategic acquisition and growth strategies.
Responsibilities- Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Execute national sales strategies that boost revenue and hold accountability for profit and loss.
- Conceptualize and create sales models, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and leading sales teams.
- Secure national deals by creating compensation plans for potential local and national accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to outline the acquisition and account management support functions.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Develop the 90-day business plan strategy for the National Account module.
- Manage the Salesforce reports, project plans, business cases and travel forms.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Five or more years of experience managing Sales Managers;
Ten or more years of experience directing multi-national or global sales organizations for a national telecommunications service provider. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Experience with database management;
Understanding of PRI, VoIP, SIP, TDM, DS3, Ocn, Ethernet, managed services, private networks, MPLS and SaaS;
Knowledge of equipment vendors;
Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Skills: Prospecting, negotiation, social selling and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Able to establish a national network of C-level executives.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $75,000
