Job Summary:
Ace Exhibits has an opportunity available for an outgoing prospector to call on US-based companies. Most calls will be “warm” – taken from our database of existing clients and contacts. You will work with an intelligent and driven team where each day is filled with opportunities to create value in business-to-business sales. A person successful in this position enjoys making connections with the “right” person at a business, helping to turn warm contacts into fresh sales leads.
Ace Exhibits is a fast-paced production environment. All staff are required to demonstrate strong attention to detail, high levels of accountability, and positive, proactive communication skills. - Aggressively prospect for new business opportunities. MUST BE A HUNTER!
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients, making connections and prospecting for new business.
- Clearly understand a client’s business requirements and work closely with them to develop and maintain long-standing relationships.
- Ask the right questions of our clients, gathering data that helps define their future needs and enriches our database of Companies, Contacts, follow-up tasks, and Deals.
- Utilize Hub Spot to manage all client details and communications, maintaining accuracy in processing transactions such as quotes, tickets and orders.
- Function as a consultant across the 300+ products we sell, while reasonably cross‑selling and up‑selling as necessary to ensure satisfied clients.
- Work effectively in an online team‑based environment – communicate correctly, quickly and clearly using tools like Slack, Asana, and Hub Spot.
- Experience with any of the following: custom printing, configurable products, events/trade shows, large format displays.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a fast‑paced sales/telemarketing environment.
- Comfortable making appointments via phone, following up and creating opportunities.
- Process driven and attention to detail a must.
- Outgoing, memorable, personable phone manners are a must.
- Ability to clearly identify sales opportunities and client needs.
- Highly motivated to deliver the best sales & service experience each and every time.
- Aptitude to connect with clients, and to build and nurture relationships.
- Self‑motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
- Great people skills over the phone and driven to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Passionate about technology and attention to detail in the software tools we rely on everyday.
