Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel? Main purpose of the Senior Buyer, Men’s Footwear role:The Senior Footwear Buyer leads the strategic development and execution of the footwear assortment for the e-commerce channel, with full accountability for driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and inventory efficiency. This role oversees end-to-end assortment architecture, vendor strategy, and trend leadership, while spearheading the development of exclusive products and capsules with key brand partners to create differentiation, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive incremental growth.
Leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence, the Senior Footwear Buyer curates a commercially impactful, brand-right offering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Own the seasonal footwear assortment strategy across key categories
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and customer data to inform buying decisions and optimize assortment depth and breadth
- Identify emerging trends, key brands, and white-space opportunities aligned with brand positioning and customer demand
- Build and manage seasonal buy plans that align with financial targets and growth objectives
- Negotiate pricing, terms, exclusives, and promotional support to maintain margin and differentiation
- Existing relationships with key footwear brands, such as Nike, On, Adidas, New Balance, and Salomon
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong commercial and trend acumen coupled with data-driven decision making
- Experience with footwear product development
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
- 5+ years of buying experience, with the majority of experience focused on footwear
- Strong experience in fashion e-commerce or omnichannel retail
- Proven ability to manage large-scale assortments and deliver against sales and margin goals
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
