The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• 18 years of age or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, up to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability for peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

• Bonus potential and 401K plan; service credit and product discounts.

CA: $18.00 per hour – $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
