We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to bring our brand to life  a key team member, you will engage with customers, provide excellent service, and help foster brand loyalty. Your role involves educating customers about products and our loyalty programs, supporting sales through suggestive selling, and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing respectful and positive customer interactions
• Driving sales and loyalty through engagement and suggestive selling
• Supporting operational processes and maintaining a clean work environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet store goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maneuver around the store and lift up to 30 lbs
