Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Cerritos, CA, for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. Additional tasks include assisting with customer service efforts, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications- Execute on marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, email, social, web, and partner channels
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables with sales team
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing data to identify industry trends and consumer needs
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Marketing Strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
- Support website updates, SEO basics, and landing-page optimization
- Track campaign performance, leads, and engagement metrics
- Well-organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools and software relevant to marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
