We are seeking a customer-oriented and friendly individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Drive Greeter. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our automotive service department. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet customers, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth transition between the customers and the service drive.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department.
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
• Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department based on their needs.
• Act as a liaison between the customers and service advisors, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in gathering necessary customer information and updating the service advisor accordingly.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding service offerings, wait times, and service procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized service drive area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with the service team to manage customer flow and optimize service department efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to the management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license.
