Job Description
Manage full accounting operations: GL, AR, AP, tax, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
Use Quick Books for accounting, reporting, and analysis.
Design and control management systems across finance, sales, inventory, and purchasing.
Collaborate with departments to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Support ERP or IT system implementation and maintenance.
Lead and mentor accounting staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
7–15 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.
Advanced Quick Books skills; ERP or IT system experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to design and control company-wide operational systems.
