We're looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to grow in talent acquisition. In this role you ll support end-to-end hiring efforts while helping deliver a positive candidate experience. This is an onsite role based in Modesto, CA.
Responsibilities- Partners with hiring managers and hiring teams through the talent acquisition process for professional, seasonal, and volume hiring. Advises on all hiring solutions including contingent and direct search options.
- Works with leaders to identify future talent needs; participates in workforce planning and executes search assignments in a consultative manner.
- Ensures that the recruiting process progresses on schedule.
- Advises hiring managers and HR on recruiting policies and regulations; clarifies and resolves recruiting questions or problems.
- Participates in Recruiting Strategy Sessions to clarify requirements, set expectations, and establish efficient hiring panels to reduce bias and align roles, responsibilities, search parameters, and timelines.
- Writes effective job postings reflecting quality standards and the impact of the role on the company.
- Meets with client groups to understand business and department culture; collaborates with department hiring managers and HR Partners to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Leverages online recruiting resources and social media to identify and recruit qualified candidates; manages applicant flow and sources candidates for open roles; builds networks of prospects.
- Develops pipelines aligned to workforce plans and critical hiring needs; maintains external contacts to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and credentials to ensure fit with minimum and preferred qualifications; conducts deep screening of work history and education to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers; provides updates on search activities and summaries of fit with search criteria and company values.
- Leads post-interview debriefs and feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- Maintains understanding of G3 s history, locations, products, business model, and industry.
- Keeps candidates informed of status and provides timely rejections when appropriate.
- Develops knowledge of diversity sourcing practices and strives to provide diverse candidates; assists removing barriers to diversity in the interview process.
- Represents HR and the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence; maintains KPI measures and documentation; ensures compliance with corporate standards and regulatory agencies (OFCCP and EEOC).
- Maintains satisfactory attendance and complies with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree plus 2 years of corporate or agency recruiting and/or sourcing experience (full lifecycle) or Bachelor s degree plus 1 year of G3 recruiting experience with growing responsibility; OR HS Diploma/State equivalency with 6 years of recruiting experience; OR HS Diploma with 5 years of G3 recruiting experience.
- Travel by air or car up to 10% of time; valid driver s license with safe driving record or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor s Degree with 3 years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in a production or manufacturing environment; national or global full lifecycle recruiting; experience with ATS; handling sensitive information; advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage demand, accept feedback, and be adaptable; strong attention to detail; OFCCP compliance experience.

CompensationHiring Salary Range: $70,400 - $88,000
Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
