• Registered with TETA – Relevant accreditation is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with Drive Risk or Drive Cam systems.
• Valid Code 14 licence with PDP.
• Familiarity with Mix Telematics and advanced computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong people management and communication skills.

• Conduct classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring drivers are skilled in safety and efficiency.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to drivers, developing skills and boosting performance.
• Conduct driver assessments and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate in development and enhancement of training materials.
• Prepare and manage training schedules, ensuring all resources are in place.
• Assist with driver learnership recruitment and support events like “Driver of the Year” competitions.
• Specialise in Drive Cam systems, ensuring drivers adhere to safety protocols using telematics and monitoring tools.
