The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions across mobile, web and desktop platforms, with a primary focus on Flutter development.
You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating with team members to deliver robust, scalable applications using a single codebase across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust applications across Web and Android platforms using Flutter
- Write clean, maintainable code primarily in Dart, with exposure to Java/Kotlin and C#
- Design user-friendly and responsive interfaces
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Collaborate within an Agile (Scrum) environment
- Implement Unit and Integration testing
- Contribute to CI/CD processes
- Maintain version control using Git/Bitbucket
- Utilise tools such as Android Studio, Visual Studio (2019+), and VS Code
- 5+ years’ experience in mobile and/or web application development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Solid experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs
- Familiarity with UML tools
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Proficient in Git and version control best practices
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL, SQLite)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
