Senior Developer- Angular

Introduction

Tracker requires the services of a Senior Developer (Angular) in our Development and Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver solutions to achieve customer satisfaction, while working within a team. • Deliver strategic projects on time, within budget, with the desired functionality, at the defined quality levels in a sustainable way.

• Meet best practice criteria in the evaluation and testing of software.
• System maintenance and support
• Complete work orders in appropriate timescales.
• Maintaining systems without introducing new defects.
• Enhance systems to support and move to new technologies.

• Share knowledge with development and support teams.
• Document systems, including enhancements to facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Ensure that time is spent on personal training and development that is aligned with the job profile and requirements.
• Engineering processes and environment
• Ensure that the best practice development processes and standards are followed.
• Effective use of development toolset.

• Relevant degree or Diploma and 6 years of relevant experience

• Training in the related areas and skills would be advantageous

• Ensures high quality of self.
• Encourages collaboration and delivery within the delivery processes.
• Able to work effectively within a team.
• Actively involved with the team, and team building activities.

• Angular experience is required.
• Basic understanding of front-end libraries is required.
• Basic understanding of front-end styling is required. (CSS3, LESS, SASS).
• Ngrx State Management experience would be beneficial.
• Other front-end technologies experience would be advantageous (i.e. ASP.net).
• Standard Microsoft Office efficiencies are required.
• Experience in back-end technologies such as C#, .NET Core, WCF, and WebAPI would be advantageous.
• Experience in SQL Server would be advantageous.
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience would be beneficial.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation would be advantageous.
• Exposure to good coding practices and standards, and source code configuration management would be advantageous.
