Overview
Location: Centurion
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: Urgent
We are urgently seeking Qualified Diesel Mechanics for contract-based opportunities in the Centurion area. This role is ideal for hands-on professionals with solid post-trade experience working on heavy commercial vehicles.
Minimum Requirements- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal / Trade Tested)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post trade qualification
- Strong experience working on heavy commercial vehicles and trucks
- MAN Truck & Bus experience will be a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered trucks and commercial vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance and servicing
- Fault finding on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Complete job cards and service reports accurately
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
- Contract-based opportunity
