About the job Sales Representative - Industrial
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure continued partnership with customers.
- Build relationships and increase the visibility of Pride Millings Brands in the industrial channel.
- Develop new business to increase sales volumes and revenue growth for the company by selling the total basket of products and brands to the Formal retail channels.
- Contribute to compiling sales budgets per customer, together with the Sales & Marketing Executive.
- Manage and grow forward share of the customer portfolio.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients and generating new business in targeted areas.
- Share market intelligence and trends weekly.
- Develop, update, and understand the target and strategy of each customer to map out the customer’s history and help determine future growth.
- Drive appropriate actions to initiate and implement plans for the industrial channel, including market research and presenting alternative solutions.
- Achieve the Company’s strategic business goals within the specified time frames.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement:
Sales and Marketing diploma or degree. - Minimum of 6‑8 years of sales experience in the industrial environment.
- Driver’s license.
REMUNERATION:
- Market‑related basic salary based on experience and track record.
