This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role, located in Centurion. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, preparing property listings, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and negotiating transactions to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining market knowledge, building strong client relationships, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate and property sales
• Understanding and expertise in Real Property laws and regulations
• Proficiency in negotiation and communication
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial real estate is a plus
• Knowledge of the local Centurion real estate market is advantageous
