Job title: Quality controller

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials and finished products
• Conduct inspection and testing of vehicles
• Measure and verify components using precision measuring tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Identify and report non-conforming products
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Job requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a Quality-related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in using quality inspection and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
• Experience in defence, automotive, aerospace, or heavy industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of MIL-STD or defence quality standards (advantageous)
• Exposure to root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, or FMEA
• Experience with ERP or quality systems (e.g. SAP, Q-Pulse) is a plus
