Incomar Dynamics, a subsidiary within the Incomar group of companies, is seeking a motivated individual to take up a role within the Incomar Dynamics Production Division to support the manufacturing activities of the company. This individual will report directly to the Head of Production.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications- Matriculant with a section 13 apprenticeship and a 4‑year trade in a manufacturing discipline.
- Police clearance certificate (required prior to commencement of employment).
- 2+ years experience in production planning, MRP/ERP systems, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly, composites, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage continuous improvement activities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communicator.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Able to multitask.
- Self‑motivated and output driven.
- High work capacity and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Quality driven with good attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, or precision engineering sectors is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing execution, bills of material, supply chain.
- APICS/CPIM or similar certification.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings and standards.
- Proficiency in manufacturing PLM/ERP systems, process mapping, and project management tools.
- The Supply Chain Planner will procure materials for products from suppliers against the MBOM by utilising MRP with due consideration of lead‑times, economic batch sizing.
- Plan and prioritise supplied items against the master production schedule.
- Monitor supplied items progress, compile status reports, and address issues to keep operations within budget and timelines.
- The role involves close collaboration with design, production, quality assurance and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in manufacturing activities.
- Perform material requirements planning (MRP); generate and review purchase requisitions and work orders.
- Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods); implement replenishment and safety stock policies.
- Planning & scheduling accuracy.
- Inventory optimisation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, sales and logistics to resolve issues and optimise processes.
- Analyse supply‑chain KPIs and trends; prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Communicate production status and changes to stakeholders; uplift issues as needed.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and schedule conflicts.
