Salary: ± R50 000 per month (CTC, depending on experience)

Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA) or nearly qualified (completed ITC and APC / awaiting board results)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an audit firm
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs
Experience managing audit engagements from planning to completion
Previous team leadership or supervision experience essential

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a portfolio of audit clients
Plan, execute, and finalise audits in accordance with standards
Review audit files and financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory and professional requirements
Manage and mentor audit trainees and junior staff
Liaise directly with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
Assist with budgeting, deadlines, and workflow management

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional, client-focused approach
