Deputy Responsible Pharmacist & QRC Manager

To manage business compliance with the relevant regulations and to manage the operational requirements as described in the relevant business procedures, in accordance with the Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974 and the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965. To manage, control and maintain the RSA’s certified Quality Management Systems in order to meet continual improvement of the established Quality Management System.

The Deputy Responsible Pharmacist will assume the responsibilities of the Responsible Pharmacist – Imperial Health Sciences Centurion, in their absence.

• Responsibility in terms of Relevant Acts.

• Minimum tertiary qualification (Pharm,
  
  B.Sc. Pharm).
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council.

• Minimum 5 Years in a similar environment with related knowledge and / or skill.
• Working knowledge of the Pharmacy and Medicines and Related Substances Control Acts.
• Knowledge of Good Wholesale/Distribution Practices in South African.
• Computer literacy – knowledge of SAP preferable.
