• Understand and operate the company's systems (Tourplan and WeTu).
• Prepare, review, and issue travel documents such as visas, passports, travel insurance, itineraries, directions, permits, and vouchers.
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, health and safety regulations, and airline policies.
• Create Travel Documents in German.
• Manage record‑keeping and maintain accurate databases of all issued travel documents.

• Detail‑oriented hands‑on experience working with travel documents.
• Assist with handling complaints by gathering feedback from suppliers, guides, etc.
• Excellent communication skills – internally and externally.
• Fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends within the German‑speaking region.
