Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions?
We’re looking for a sharp Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT and business. You’ll use data insights and system knowledge to assess processes, define requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
This role focuses on improving business processes and ensuring functional system requirements are aligned across projects and the system lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and system architects to make sure solutions meet business needs and support organisational goals. Key areas include requirements analysis, system integration and testing, project support, system support, and change management.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flowsCollaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goalsSupport system integration, testing (UAT), and post-deployment validationPerform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot system issuesContribute to change management, training, and user adoption strategiesAssist in WPF workflows, HTML edits, and API interpretation for business integrationOUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsSolid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modellingExperience with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projectsBonus:
Familiarity with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx
