A leading Financial Services Group’s Investment Cluster is seeking a top-tier professional to drive its Business Process Automation (BPA) capability. This high-impact, temporary role, based in Centurion, Gauteng, offers the opportunity to translate ambiguous, complex business challenges into clear, technical solutions that significantly improve operations across the cluster.

If you have a knack for leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and possess deep technical knowledge of process automation platforms, we want you to be the driving force behind our operational excellence.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Lead and manage complex business analysis efforts, determining system requirements and identifying key areas for improvement and automation across the investment business.
• Process Mastery:
  Define, document, and conduct end-to-end process analysis and design using BPMN and UML tools, ensuring solutions align perfectly with business objectives and user experience.
• Technical Translation:
  Translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into highly detailed artifacts suitable for implementation (e.g., user stories with acceptance criteria, data models, business rules, and mockups).
• Automation Blueprint:
  Collaborate with architects to define service boundaries, integration touchpoints, and leverage your experience with automation platforms (such as IBM BAW, Appian, Camunda) and API-driven process orchestration to define the automation blueprint.
• Quality & Standards:
  Partner closely with QA and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of BA methodologies in alignment with IIBA standards.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the investment environment.
• Automation Expertise:
  Proven experience in business process analysis and modeling using BPMN 2.0 or equivalent. Demonstrated experience with specific process automation platforms is required.
• Technical Foundation:
  Proficient in BPMN 2.0 tools (e.g., Bizagi), able to produce UML diagrams, and comfortable working with SQL for data validation.
• Education:
  
  A BCom Informatics or BSC Degree is required. A Diploma in Business Analysis is preferred.
• Methodology:
  Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and use of JIRA/Confluence.
