• Audit & Strategy: Conduct UX audits, map user flows, and propose optimized workflows.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity screens in Figma.
• Systems Design: Build a scalable Figma design system (components, tokens, and responsive layouts).
• Dev Handover: Prepare pixel‑perfect assets, CSS specs, and documentation for engineering.
• Brand Evolution: Refine or recreate the company logo, color palette, and typography.
• Visual Assets: Develop a custom iconography set and professional templates.
• Documentation: Produce a formal Brand Guidelines manual (PDF) ensuring cross‑platform consistency.
• Discovery: Lead stakeholder workshops to define personas and pain points.
• Agile Integration: Collaborate with product and dev teams to ensure technical feasibility.

• Figma Mastery: Expert‑level knowledge of Auto Layout, Variants, and Design Systems.
