South Africa's leading medical Bureau service hub is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. They specialise in creating cutting‑edge software and platforms to improve efficiency, compliance and service delivery for their clients.

In this role, you will work closely with the IT department and business units to perform and validate test cases based on quality and system requirements.

• 2- 3 years of experience in IT as a Quality Assurance or Software Test Analyst
• Knowledge of the international software testing qualifications board (ISTQB) testing principles ISTQB Foundation certification would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite
• Proficient in Microsoft office:
  Excel, Word and Power Point
• A good understanding of the software development life cycle and processes
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Good planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident and professional attitude towards common goals
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer focused
• Sense of ownership and ability to work as a team

• A qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
