IT Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business and technology and will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes, assessing their feasibility for automation, and working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and will act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Identify, analyze, and document business processes, workflows, and requirements
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Assess the feasibility of automating business processes and recommend solutions
• Work with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with business process modeling and automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in SAP, SharePoint and process automation would be beneficial
