IT SUPPORT AGENT
Based: EAST RAND
- Matric
- 2+ years in an IT support role or service desk role
- IT certifications (A+, N+, MCSA, or relevant certifications)
- Telecommunication or Networks background
- Solid understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience in troubleshooting IT related issues such as network, server, e-mail, and connectivity issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications:
SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams - Familiarity with Cyber Security protocols and tools
- Familiarity with Virtual Machines (Hyper-V, Azure)
- Telephone Etiquette Skills
- Must be prepared to work UK hours
- Salary: R22 000.00 – R28 000.00 - Depending on experience
