Systems Integration Specialist

The Systems Integration Specialist is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between diverse IT systems, applications, and platforms within our organization. This role ensures systems operate cohesively to enhance business processes, optimize performance, and support strategic goals.

In addition to troubleshooting complex integration issues and collaborating with stakeholders to identify system needs, the role includes a strong focus on cybersecurity API integrations with the organization's Business Management Systems (BMS) and other dashboarding platforms. The specialist will also develop and maintain reports, build interactive dashboards, and leverage Dev Ops methodologies to streamline operations and ensure continuous delivery.

By utilizing API calls and ensuring scalable, secure solutions, the Systems Integration Specialist contributes to improved data visibility, operational efficiency, and the organization’s ability to make data-driven decisions while advancing its technological and cybersecurity posture.

General Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to integration and hosting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose solutions.
- Support AI-ready infrastructure design and implementation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integrated systems.
- Monitor performance of integrated systems and address any inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and procedures.
- Train IT staff and end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
