Lead IT Business Analyst – Centurion

A Financial Services corporation is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst permanently in Centurion
.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• South African Citizens
• Currently living in Gauteng, able to work in Centurion
• Comfortable with a hybrid environment (~3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining methodologies, techniques, and tools for Business Analysts.
• Establishing standards and best practices for business analysis.
• Facilitating workshops, collecting, and documenting business requirements.
• Encouraging collaboration among BAs, other departments, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Providing templates and guidelines for documenting requirements, process flows, use cases, and other artifacts.
• Ensuring business and technical specifications and user stories are complete and accurate.
• Managing and overseeing requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and implementation activities.
• Managing and guiding the BA team for efficient delivery.
• Performing BA responsibilities in existing and upcoming projects.
• Facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Developing user stories and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Completed BCom / BSc Degree.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years of Senior / Team Leadership / Coaching experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, SharePoint, D365, Power Apps).
• Integration knowledge (API design, integration between on-premises and cloud and multiple service provider platforms).
• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as virtualization, VPN, Cloud, etc.
