• IoT Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document specific IoT solution requirements; convert high-level business needs into detailed specifications for IoT system designs and deployments.
• IoT Process Mapping & Optimization:
  Document current business processes related to IoT implementations and pinpoint areas for enhancement; recommend improvements to achieve better IoT data integration, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration in an IoT Context:
  Ensure clear communication between business users, IoT technical teams, and other relevant stakeholders; facilitate the convergence of business goals with IoT technological capabilities.
• IoT Solution Evaluation & Recommendation:
  Work closely with the technical team to devise IoT solutions that fulfil business objectives; evaluate potential IoT platforms, tools, or solutions and recommend those that optimally align with business strategies.
• IoT Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain meticulous documentation related to IoT processes, requirements, and solutions; generate reports that present findings, insights from IoT data analysis, and strategic recommendations; support project management teams to ensure IoT projects are in sync with business requirements and are executed effectively; participate in the testing and validation phases of IoT solutions to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Continuous Learning in the IoT Domain:
  Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in IoT and business analysis; engage in professional development opportunities related to IoT business strategy and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field with exposure to IoT.
• 3-5 years in business analysis, with at least 2 years focused on IoT or related technological domains.

• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) with an emphasis on IoT would be a plus.

• Familiarity with IoT platforms, tools, protocols, and business analysis software.
