Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Information Security Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified:
  Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified:
  Security Operations Analyst Associate

7+ years of experience in:

• Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and capabilities.
• Extensive experience in managing SharePoint Sites and document libraries, including setting up content types, site columns, permissions, metadata, and designing workflows and forms to ensure efficient document management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Experience in the following areas is not mandatory but would be advantageous:

• Experience developing Power Pages website and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics modules
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop attended and unattended bots
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
• Experience with Microsoft Defender & Security and threat management
• Experience with Microsoft Intune mobile device management
• Experience with Power BI for report development
• M365 Administration and configuration with Power Shell scripting
• Strong understanding of Entra , Active Directory and implementing conditional access policies
• Microsoft Graph API

• Solution Development:
  Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online.
• Custom Copilot Agent Development:
  Design, develop and implement solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Consultancy:
  Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices and strategies for leveraging Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform to meet their business needs.
• Projects:
  Act as senior consultant on projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Integration:
  Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third‑party applications.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients and team members on the use and maintenance of developed solutions.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications and technical manuals.
• Pre‑sales consulting with clients to understand business needs and marry this to technical requirements and associated effort to execute.
• Provide technical assistance, resolve operational problems, design and implement cost‑effective solutions that will fulfil technical requirements.
