Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will a have thorough understanding of business rules and processes that will help to steer the client’s customer’s projects in the direction of their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Use structured techniques such as design thinking, UML, BPMN, and process flows for diagramming software solutionsCreate wireframes and UI designs and document customer journeysDevelop Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, and ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process flowsFacilitate user story sessions and backlog grooming using Agile toolsDevelop high-quality web and mobile applications for leading organisationsAnalyse APIs for seamless system integrationEngage in various stages of SDLC, including system design analysis, scoping, and estimationResearch and apply cutting-edge technologies and execute change managementManage small engagements from end to end, including requirements gathering, documentation, sizing, project management, and deliveryChampion agile processes by facilitating ceremoniesBringing people with different focus areas together to create a collective understanding of how to solve business problemsFacilitate workshops and present to customer stakeholdersTranslate requirements for both business and technical audienceConsult stakeholders to understand their structure, functions, and products/services.Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a consultant on projects or applications, and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycleChallenge business thinking to understand the intent of requirementsAdapt to new domains quickly to understand business problems and provide solutionsEngage with stakeholders, including end users, development teams, product owners, and executivesIdentify opportunities for service improvements and strategic alignmentEnsure compliance with data security and industry regulationsRequirements:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, other Sciences or a BCom in Information SystemsMinimum 6 years experience working as a business analyst within an agile software development teamSolid understanding of computer science fundamentalsStrong knowledge of and experience in business systems and processesStrong ability to translate business requirements into detailed specifications and interface with technical teamsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong attention to detailTo collaborate and bring your unique contributions to a team environmentAn ambition to continually improve your skills, embrace challenges and be driven by excellenceBenefits:
