Responsibilities
- Governance and compliance (Data integrity)

- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 6 years in a HR Generalist role on middle management level
- Proven proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic HR advisory experience
- Experience with in the agricultural environment is compulsory and good understanding of the agricultural industry and its people
- Strong understanding of the grin value chain and its people dynamics
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on experience
- Between 5 - 7 Years
