As a Data Co‑ordinator, you play an essential role in ensuring that the information supporting our diagnostic work is accurate, reliable, and handled with care. You collect and verify raw data, check results and reference ranges, and support the department with key administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly. This role contributes directly to our commitment to a High‑Performance Culture by ensuring that the data behind every decision is correct and accessible.

Your work helps create an environment where accuracy supports excellence, empowering both our people and our clients to trust the results that guide meaningful healthcare decisions.

• Completed Grade 12 qualification.
• Exposure to good clinical or laboratory practices such as GCP, GLP, or GCLP.
• Experience (3+ years) within a clinical trial or pathology laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of medical technology is beneficial.
• A Medical Technician or Medical Technologist background is also beneficial.

• Commitment to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work comfortably with diverse colleagues and clients.
• Understanding of good laboratory practice, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
• Analytical mindset to examine data sets, identify trends, and recognize discrepancies.

In this role, your impact is felt daily through the reliability of the data you manage. You collect, capture, and verify information to ensure that clients receive accurate results and that all documentation is organised and accessible when needed. You prepare for audits, support technical teams, maintain positive client relationships, and assist with additional administrative tasks that keep the workflow moving effectively.
