Key Responsibilities
- Full creditors function including GRVs, service invoices and supplier reconciliations
- Daily outgoing payments and bank reconciliations
- Debtors invoicing and deposit invoicing (BOP)
- Daily intercompany transfers and monthly intercompany invoice management
- Compilation of monthly reports (creditors, job card, sub-letting reports)
- Panel plant commission calculations
- Audit assistance and supplier settlement negotiations
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role
- Strong exposure to creditors, banking and invoicing
- Experience in a structured, operational finance environment
- Strong Microsoft Office literacy (non-negotiable)
- SAP experience advantageous
- Driver’s license and own transport
- Based close to Centurion
- In-office position
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
