Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across functions
- Manage payment processing and cash disbursements
- Oversee commission structures, interest calculations, and product pricing schedules
- Prepare and post fair‑value adjustment journals for investment portfolios
- Deliver monthly financial reporting to directors and key stakeholders
- Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts across multiple FSP entities
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational and strategic requirements
- Oversee day‑to‑day internal accounting, including VAT compliance and e‑filing
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Private Equity or Financial Services Experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Sage Experience
- BCom in Accounting or Equivalent
- CIMA – ADVANTAGEOUS
