Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft comprehensive financial plans and recommendations
• Conduct product research and compare suitable investment, risk, and retirement solutions
• Analyse client financial information and assist with needs analysis
• Prepare Record of Advice (ROA) and supporting documentation
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards
• Liaise with product providers and internal administration teams
• Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems

• Relevant qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, or similar
• CFP® (advantageous) or working towards CFP
• 2–4 years’ experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support role
• Strong understanding of investments, retirement planning, risk products, and tax principles
• Knowledge of FAIS and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with financial planning software (advantageous)

• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial information
• Excellent written communication skills
• Organised and deadline-driven
• Professional and client-focused
