We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a leading organisation within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical expertise to take full ownership of the finance function in a growing fast-paced environment. If you are looking to step into a strategic hands-on role within a reputable property company this opportunity is ideal.

• Full financial management of multiple property portfolios.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports and annual financial statements
  .
• Oversee cash flow management forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Manage budgets
  , conduct variance analysis and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS tax laws and all regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

• CA(SA) designation is essential.
• BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance
  .
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles
  .
• 35 years post-articles experience ideally within property real estate or related sectors.
• Strong technical accounting ability and solid IFRS knowledge
  .
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills and leadership capability.
