A highly respected and established wealth management practice is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to strengthen its advisory support function. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who values accuracy compliance and delivering high-quality financial planning support within a reputable long-term focused environment.

You will work alongside experienced Wealth Advisers in a structured ethical environment where technical excellence and client trust are non-negotiable and where your contribution directly enhances the quality of advice delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare compliant accurate financial plans aligned to client objectives and risk profiles
- Perform detailed cashflow modelling retirement projections and scenario analysis
- Conduct investment research and comparative analysis considering tax and legislative implications
- Compile Records of Advice client review reports and adviser presentation packs
- Ensure all documentation complies with FAIS FICA FSCA and internal compliance frameworks
- Maintain audit‑ready records and accurate CRM data
- Provide technical support to advisers before and after client meetings
- 24 years experience in a paraplanning wealth management or advisory environment
- Solid working knowledge of investments retirement planning and financial planning principles
- Proven experience with cashflow modelling and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Advanced report‑writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems (e.g. my Practice)
- Relevant qualification or studies toward Financial Planning / Wealth Management / CFP
