Position: CAD Designer / Technician – Petrochemical Projects
Key Responsibilities:

You will play a vital role in transforming engineering designs into detailed technical documentation by:

- Producing detailed CAD drawings for piping systems, pressure vessels, and mechanical equipment used in petrochemical plants.
- Developing piping layouts, isometric drawings, and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Preparing fabrication and construction drawings based on engineering specifications.
- Updating and revising drawings in line with design changes and project requirements.
- Collaborating closely with mechanical, process, and piping engineers to ensure design accuracy and technical integrity.
- Ensuring that drawings comply with industry codes, standards, and project documentation procedures.
- Assisting with document control and drawing management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Draughting, Engineering Design, or a related field.
- 37 years experience in CAD drafting within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or process plant industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or similar CAD software.
- Proven experience producing piping isometrics, vessel drawings, and plant layout drawings.
- A solid understanding of piping components, valves, fittings, and pressure vessels.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and technical accuracy.
