Service Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor service technicians to ensure high performance
• Manage daily service operations: scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure timely, quality maintenance and repair of refrigeration and compressor systems
• Improve processes to boost efficiency, safety, and response times
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report on service performance

• 5+ years in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance
• 2+ years in a leadership or service management role
• Technical expertise in compressors, electrical systems, and PLC controls
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve service quality
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• SAQCC Gas Category B8 license (advantageous)
• Solid foundation in compressor maintenance and refrigeration systems
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel locally and internationally
• Experience in service management or supervisory roles
