Project Engineer Land Systems

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in land systems or heavy mechanical platforms to join our growing engineering team. This role will support the design, development, integration, and delivery of complex land-based systems and vehicles.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including systems, electrical, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and support mechanical design and development activities for land systems platforms
• Manage engineering project deliverables from concept through production
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical requirements
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities
• Support prototype builds, testing, and integration activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry and defence standards
• Track project schedules, budgets, and technical performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in land systems, defence, automotive, or heavy machinery environments
• Experience in mechanical design (e.g., structures, drive trains, suspension systems, armored platforms, or subsystems integration)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, materials selection, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with project lifecycle management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
