Incomar Dynamics, a subsidiary within the Incomar group of companies, is seeking a motivated individual to take up the role of a Business Systems Analyst to set up the required ERP environment, including inventory management, materials acquisition, MRP, work centres, manufacturing workflow and execution. Will also encompass reporting functions and cost controls. This individual will report directly to the Head of Production Operations.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Police clearance certificate (required prior to commencement of employment)
- 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly, composites, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and aerospace-specific regulations
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage continuous improvement activities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Technical writing and manufacturing documentation skills, proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Good communicator
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Able to multitask
- Self‑motivated and output driven
- High work capacity and ability to deliver under pressure
- Quality driven with good attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, or precision engineering sectors is advantageous
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and human resources
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and standards
- Proficiency in SQL, databases, process mapping, and project management tools
- Develop the required manufacturing business processes into technical specifications for the ERP system
- Configure ERP modules, support data migration, user training, and post‑implementation reviews to drive optimisation and adoption
- Configure the ERP system with warehouses, work centres, material acquisition plans, and MRP rules
- Configure the manufacturing execution (MES) rules and workflow
- Configure the ERP templates to carry out manufacturing workflow
- Create reporting output tools
- Collaborate closely with design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in manufacturing activities
- Create and manage the integration of the company ERP system for manufacturing purposes
- Manage data migration and integration into the ERP
- Develop processes to be implemented into the ERP and associated systems
Develop timelines, configure for complex BOMs and serial tracking with PLM system - Train staff to use system and workflow methods
- Collaborate with engineers, production teams, suppliers for continuous improvement
- Prepare reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and external parties
