The Role:

Smart Systems for Tough Environments!

• Design, develop, and implement mechatronic systems for mining equipment and automation solutions
• Integrate PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control systems into mining machinery
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and on‑site troubleshooting
• Optimize equipment performance through data analysis and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and industry standards
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and specifications
• Provide technical support during installation, maintenance, and system upgrades

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in mining systems, heavy industry, or automation
• Strong PLC programming knowledge (Siemens and Allen‑Bradley), SCADA systems & industrial networks
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD or similar)
• Solid understanding of mining safety standards and operational environments
• Willingness to travel to mine sites
