IZI South Africa a credible and leading provider of cash solutions for efficient and secure cash logistic services is recruiting Two (2) Client Orders Administrators to be the central point of contact for managing client orders and resolving all related queries. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate fulfillment of our clients' cash orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Orders Fulfillment:
    Capture, manage, and ensure 100% accuracy of all client orders. Confirm credits reflect in bank accounts and proactively follow up on missing credits with relevant parties.

  • Exceptional Customer Service:
    Attend to clients’ emails and calls with urgency, escalate critical queries for quick resolution, manage claims and discrepancies, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

  • Internal Service Coordination:
    Engage with branches on customer orders, manage the daily loading of orders to Clientzone for packing, and ensure branches execute orders promptly.

  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
    Use operational data to develop insights, identify opportunities for waste reduction in supply chain operations, and provide data analysis for day-to-day decision support.

Qualification and Experience

  • 3-5 Years of relevant working or general accounting experience.

  • Previous Cash Management Centre experience is a significant advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation procedures, compliance, and control procedures.

  • Computer Literacy, with proficiency in working on Excel and Google Sheets.
