A higher education provider in Centurion is seeking a Telecall Centre Agent. The successful candidate will manage outbound calls, assist the new enrolment team, and track customer queries efficiently. A Higher Certificate is required along with sales or call centre experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position may require working weekends and overtime as necessary.
