- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Essential/Minimum).
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management (Essential/Minimum).
- Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Experience in managing vendor performance and fostering supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with logistics innovations and drive for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in logistics.
- Proficiency in managing complex logistics contracts across multiple commodities.
- Capability in financial evaluation of tenders and procurement savings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage and optimise logistics contracts to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Coordinate tender processes, including the evaluation and financial assessment of proposals.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive innovations and improve service quality.
- Conduct monthly reporting and analysis to support continuous improvement in logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for supplier development and contract management.
- Identify opportunities for procurement savings and support implementation of best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of contract modifications, compliance, and renewals.
