Who can apply?
- Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4
Youth initiative. - Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2026.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage

Role Purpose:
The PFC Administrator provides operational, administrative, and compliance support to the Preferred
Fitment Centre (PFC) division. The role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate PFC records, monitoring
stock movement, ensuring technician compliance, and supporting stock take activities. This position is ideal
for a YES4
Youth candidate who will gain experience in administration, operations, and compliance
monitoring.
Key Duties
• Updating information on new PFCs
• Ensuring to minimise stock losses and stock loss invoices to PFCs
• Assist with bi-weekly stock takes
• Assist with quarterly stock takes
• Ensure all third-party technicians conform to annual polygraph testing
• Ensure all third-party sales personnel and technicians are PSIRA-registered
• Working daily on missing job card reports, checking if job cards are uploaded on CRM
• Notify PFCs of outstanding job cards

Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
• Matric / National Senior Certificate (minimum requirement)
• A relevant diploma or certificate (advantageous), such as:
o Diploma in Office Administration
o Diploma in Business Administration
o Diploma in Supply Chain Management
o Diploma in Operations Management
o Certificate in Inventory or Stock Control
o Certificate in Data Capture or Administrative Support
Skills & Competencies (Advantageous):
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and checklists
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, CRM, email systems

• Exposure to operational processes and compliance monitoring
• Development of data accuracy, record-keeping, and administrative skills
• Hands-on experience using systems such as Accpac and CRM
• Growth in communication, reporting, and procedural adherence
• Practical involvement in stock control and field-based inspections
