Are you friendly, well-organised, and professional with a passion for first impressions? A reputable company based in Centurion, Lyttelton, is looking for a Receptionist to be the face and voice of their business.
This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability, structure, and a welcoming work environment.
OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the front desk, reception area, and meeting room bookings
- Handle courier deliveries, mail, and general administrative support
- Assist with filing, document management, and basic office coordination
- Provide support to internal departments when required
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum 4 years experience in a reception, admin, or front office role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (additional local languages an advantage)
- Must be based in Gauteng and able to work in-office in Centurion
