Are you friendly, well-organised, and professional with a passion for first impressions? A reputable company based in Centurion, Lyttelton, is looking for a Receptionist to be the face and voice of their business.

This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability, structure, and a welcoming work environment.

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage the front desk, reception area, and meeting room bookings
  • Handle courier deliveries, mail, and general administrative support
  • Assist with filing, document management, and basic office coordination
  • Provide support to internal departments when required
Qualifications
  • Matric (essential)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a reception, admin, or front office role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be fluent in English (additional local languages an advantage)
  • Must be based in Gauteng and able to work in-office in Centurion
