The Pool Manager is responsible for the care, operation and maintenance of the pool facilities.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Major Duties/Specific Tasks- Ensures safe and proper operation of the waterpark complex by conducting routine inspections.
- Assists with hiring of waterpark staff.
- Supervises waterpark staff of lifeguards, assists with training and evaluation of lifeguard staff.
- Ensures proper water quality and standards of cleanliness.
- Monitors chemical controller units and lightning detection systems.
- Enforces safety standards.
- Assists with public relations by handling visitor inquiries and providing information and assistance to the Park Specialist.
- Conducts staff meetings and in-service
